MSA have unique program  which is flexible and adaptable to all levels of teams whether amateur or professional, schools or recreational.

Every training has the possibility of adding to it or changing it with the goal of better psychophysical, technical-tactical preparation of the team.

Ours program meet the standards of all teams.The dilemma that most preoccupies trainers is how much and how establish training dosage so that effect is satisfactory and progress is visible.

That is why individual adaptive capabilities, the scope and intensity of exercise are of great importance in each individual.

The human organism most accurately demonstrates the symptoms that physical work causes in the organism. When there is a disharmony between training requirements and the ability to respond to it ,defense mechanism appear and physical work is interrupted (usually there is sense of being tired.)

The Trainer is the person whop defines and plans the phases of a single training. The intensity of work depends on the plan and program established earlier, as well as on the dosage of earlier training and the form of the players themselves and their results.
